Dr. Mohammed Ayoub is an internationally recognized expert in the field of the molecular pharmacology and signaling of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and receptor tyrosine kinase (RTKs) and the technologies of bioluminescence and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (BRET and FRET). Since his PhD obtained in 2003 from the University of Paris (France), he dedicated his research to the application of BRET and FRET technologies to study different aspects of receptor function and pharmacology and their implication in human pathophysiology.
